A Gestalt Encounter
This is an opportunity to experience gestalt therapy in action in a group setting, whereby participants can explore personal issues or share experiences that emerge for them. Groups can emphasise our relational nature, and as such enable us to find support to express ourselves and integrate our personalities.
This is a single session event, rather than an on-going group, and is the second in a new series of short CPD workshops entitled PSYCH-BYTES.

Please note, this is not a training course in running groups or in gestalt therapy, but an opportunity to experience gestalt in action in a group setting.
After agreeing a group safety contract, and my having outlined the basic features of gestalt theory and practice, participants may choose to explore personal issues and/or share experiences that emerge for them in this group situation.
While this session is best suited to counsellors and trainees from a humanistic theory background, practitioners from other approaches are most welcome too.
Booking policy: I don’t ask for a deposit, just a commitment that you will attend. You pay the full amount on or before the day of the workshop, either by cash or bank transfer. However, if you book a place and then cancel more than 48-hours before the workshop’s start time, you’ll be required to pay half the cost. And if you cancel within 48-hours of the workshop starting, or do not turn up on the day, you’ll be required to pay the full amount.
